After literally a year or two of lurking, I've joined up.
Originally from Wicklow, now living in Athlone.
Have been brewing kits for a few years, and last year started 'Turbo Ciders' just for the ease of it. Have since moved on to ciders from scratch and it's more or less all I brew now.
The current batch is a Cloudy Cherry Cider made with Wicklow apples and cherries from Clonmel.
I'd love to be able to discuss styles and techniques with other cider makers (as everything so far is self taught from YouTube and other Home Brew forums) and hopefully learn a thing or ten!
Have a snoop under Ciders, Perries and wines. Me no expert, but ask away, you will get an answer or at worst an opinion!
