I have this filler for sale. It works great. only used a hand full of times. all 316L stainless steel. cost me around €120 after postage and import.

Would it speed up the bottling process at all?

Yeah a little but the best thing about it is you can bottle it bright straight from your keg. Found it handy when taking beers to friends and not having to wait for the yeast to settle out before they would have one.
