Salt House - your beer on tap competition!!

Dont really know thge exact details but i think applications have to be in by mid march, and beers have to be in by mid april, it doesnt say on the poster (in the salt house) but the barman said it was to be a belgian style beer. It goes on tap anyways if it wins, pretty sweet....
dont think im a big fan of belgian beers meself but itd be nice to have a goal when brewing anyways.

Hop Bomb

On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

Me neither but its a good excuse to do one. I stopped by Redmonds yesterday on the way home & picked up a few different ones for sampling.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

i suppose the interesting thing's trying to brew a high percentage beer, I think it's yeast oriented...
