There seems to be plenty professional commercial beer experts on here who can detect slight Ibu...ebc...taste differences so while I help with photos I'm sure they can give the correct grain bill also

Iodine test negative for starch so it's all converted

15min hips added with yeast Viagra. Water heated and left to cool for yeast rehydration. Time for another beer.
