Yep, the forum needs an "Awesome" badge. Padraic and Will were great today. I really appreciate the effort that went into putting together the whole show.

Footnote: I thought the MGD was going to be the worse thing I'd taste today, until that Maibock came along.

Thanks all! it was a good experience going through all of the beers one after the other!

Thanks again to Will and Kevin! It wouldn't have happened without you!

And thanks to everyone else, it might have happened without you but I have a good feeling about the NHC having a very talented group of judges! It was great to see a lot of different clubs were represented! (Obviously the capital brewers being the main club were the best represented :P)

Would anyone like to do a writeup about the day?

grand day out...as usual when like-minded people get together for banter (and of course the more formal stuff) you pick up loads of ideas and tips to improve both knowledge and brewing skills.

looking to the next one, tanx to all involved

Really enjoyed the day. Pitty I couldn't stay longer to thank WJKs properly (i.e. Drink beers)

Looking forward to the next one already!

Roll on August!

I think next time we should get a few more and so it would help to introduce ourselves a bit as I didn't catch everyones names and my memory is terrible!

Emma and I (stupidly) left our notes behind us in Kavanaghs after the tasting. I rang them but they dont seem to have them. Im wondering if anyone might have picked them up? They were left onto the side near the table we had pints at after.
Thanks.
