I checked with Dempsey and we are good to go, the handiest is probably paying directly into the bank account. (Paypal fees will probably be expensive!)

So you can pay €75.03 before day 1 and €75.03 before day two or €150.03 all in the one go. I would prefer the cash to be lodged into the clubs account or via paypal (don't forget to mark that you pay all of the fees!)

Just to let ye know one last time before you pay. The first 12 will get to do the tasting exam, I am hoping to be able to extend that to 20 but will not know for a few months. (I think the course will still be worthwhile! It's the knowledge not the cert that matters!)
