Darn - only just seeing this event now but I'd love to know how it turns out as Ruthless has to be one of the best beers Ive ever had!  An expensive habit though!

When do you estimate its going to be ready to drink?

Defo going to come along to the next meet up...

halite

Kegged it on Sunday after 5 days of dry hopping. Will be leaving it for a week and then into the kegerator and on to the gas next weekend. Should be ready for the BBQ on the 10th.

DrunkAzaSkunk

great!  is it the first time you have tried to make a Ruthless like brew?

halite

Yep, first attempt.

It is based on a clone recipe from BYO.
