I'm going to have to assume you all can make the other weekends in January so I will propose the following dates:

January 11th - Off Flavour tasting & any additional beers to be tasted, Possibly a mock exam as well. Missing days can be covered during this weekend as well.

January 18th - 2 Mock Exams & anything else ye want included. (I can do the 25th but Matthew can't make it that day and as he's one of the few to keep me informed we'll probably go with that.)
