I saw some posts last year from one of the socs in UCC about organising a tour. I must contact them and see would it be possible. I know a homebrew soc is hard to get approved (anything that has anything to do with drinking is tough).

That is one serious brewery setup. Thats better specced than over half of the London micros that have sprung up in the last 2 years. And I suspect its bigger than most of the Irish micros too.

If this is for 'education' purposes, what happens to the beer? 4000L is tricky to get rid of.

Is it a bonded warehouse? I dont see the revenue buying any 'its for education mate' excuses.

Would love to know what UCCs plans for it are, it would be a shame to have it idle, and it would be a great asset for contract brewing, or collaborative brewing.
