Don't know where the Beef is from .............. hardly Argentina!!! Irish beef prepared the Argentinian way perhaps?

It looks very like the source of the beef would be Argentina, nothing unusual they are quite a large produced of quality beef from what I understand.

Remember the seafood/fish stall at last yearsgig? Wright's of Howth wasn't it. Phone them and ask if they will have oysters on the stall for Saturday as you have an important Italian comming to the gig!
