howdy, I'm Ian - I run a teeny tiny podcast about craft beer in Ireland called '11PM Somewhere', & I'm working my way through learning how to home brew beer for myself with a bag of nerves, a healthy amount of nonchalance & a massive appetite to learn a ton of new stuff :-)

All while doing this using a youtube video blog series to capture my thoughts, mistakes & madness/mayhem for critique/fun & a.n. other :-)
