Just bumping this as it's on tomorrow:

In preparation for the exam the NCB'ers are holding a Siebel off-flavours day on Sunday the 1st of November from about 2pm  in Malahide Rugby Club. (along the estuary between Malahide and Swords.

Mock Exam Today

Great day out, good to meet up with some new faces (and old ones).

Many thanks again must go to James for pulling this together.

Also to the 'Dock for hosting us and I must say the burger/pint deal made up for the smell of new paint!

Note to self: Must Drink more neer but in a structured writing it down sort of way!

Best thing of the day: Listening to other peoples way of describing the flavours and aromas. Worth every penny :)

I was a last minute entrant to today's affair.
I'm really glad I attended for all the reasons above, yes, the burgers were ace!

Great day and well organised! Thanks for all the work that goes into organising it. The cramming starts now!! A lot of beers to score before next weekend!!
