Malt Bulk Buy.

Howya folks,

Would there be anyone interested in doing a group buy on good pale malt from England? Dempsey mentioned the other night that it might be a goer.

I've heard of a few group buys from the maltings in Cork and Boortmalt are only in Athy, but brewers say there's a lack of depth to the flavour with this stuff.

Basically a group buy from either Fawcetts or Warminster could nab you a bag of traditional Marris Otter floor malt for €24.

I'm new to this and I'm sure it's probably been discussed before but would there be many takers? There's 40 bags to the pallet.

HBC have 25kg of Marris Otter in stock again for 35e. Not as cheap as the bulk buy but way cheaper than buying by the kg.
