We have also added Hull Melon Pellets:

Very new on the market, Hull Melon made its debut in 2012. A daughter of Cascade, this amazing hop has flavour characteristics not commonly associated with hops. It is said to be intensely fruity with a honeydew melon and strawberry aroma and flavour. It contains alpha acids of up to 7.6% and is matched in beta acids. High myrcene and humulene.

And some Mandarina Bavaria Pellets:

Origin: Germany. A daughter of Cascade, along with Hallertau Blanc and  Hüll Melon, and released in 2012.

Usage: Aroma. A tangerine machine when used for late, whirlpool, and dry hop additions, Mandarina Bavaria is quickly finding support in the brewhouse for American IPA and variants, black ales, saisons, Brett fermentations, and other beers where a definite fruity and strongly hoppy character is beneficial.

Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Intense pineapple, lemon and citrus flavors with a resinous, herbal followup. Sweet and distinctive.

Hey, I have one of your old mash tuns with the copper pipe inside with the slots cut in it. I just seen the upgraded mash tun and am wondering is possible to purchase the new parts without the mash tun and will they fit onto the tap on the old design?

HBC folks,

Re the Grainfather what hop filter does it come with these days? Is it the t-shaped filter? If not do you know when you're getting units with it?
Also any idea on if you'll get any replacement parts?

I'll have to check the hop filter, I'll ask for the replacement parts, we will be ordering again soon as we are almost sold out again.
