Hi All,

We have some new and exciting news this week. We just received the first supply in Ireland of the New Minch Pale Malt. This malt has been specifically malted for the Homebrew and Craft Beer Industry. We are proud to represent Minch for the Homebrew Market and have recently signed an exclusive contract with them such has been the growth of this brand for both ourselves and Minch. We are now the exclusive distributors for Ireland and the UK, something we are very proud of.

Minch Irish Craft Pale Malt 4-6 EBC

Minch Malt have recently allocated their smaller Robert Boby Malting plant to produce an ale malt specifically designed to appeal to the craft brewer. The malting regime is unique and not used for any of our other customers giving a higher colour (4-6 EBC), more flavour with lower moisture due to the extended time and temperature of the kilning process. This malt will be stored in a designated silo throughout the year, and only sold to ourselves and craft brewers. This malt has already been tried and tested by a number of craft brewers and the feedback has been very positive.

To promote the new malt we have placed a limited number of bags into our weekly specials, we have added the whole and crushed versions, one bag per customer.
