Hi I was into the shop last week and bought the digital p.h meter probe and have read the instructions that are brutally translated from Chinese I'm guessing. Anyway I'm supposed to calibrate the probe and there's no powder or solution in the pack the probe came in so can you tell me what I can do ? Am I supposed to use 4.0 and 7.0 p.h testers that u have in the shop?

The New Hook Head Series Pale Malt offer for Brewcon has been keeping us on our toes. Can I ask people to please remember to specify whether they wanted the Malt whole or crushed? A few people had also mentioned the idea of running a competition with the Malt. I have spoken with Minch and if ye wanted to organise this, we would be more than happy to joint sponsor some good prizes with Minch.

We have also restocked a fairly large order from Brouwland and added lots of new items to the site this week. We have stock arriving all the time now with several new items coming online over the next few weeks. As always if there is anything we are short on, just pop us an email and we can give details as to when it arrives.

Yes, we have it in stock and will put it on the site late next week, we are letting people who attended Brewcon have exclusive access for the first few weeks. Would appreciate reviews of it if anyone has used it, we will only be using it next week ourselves for the first time.
