Title: Nut Brown Ale

This is a recipe for a delicious Brown Ale that was an award winning beer in 2 competitions around the world.

Pale Malt               4.000 kg
Crystal Malt 60L      0.500 kg
Flaked Oats            0.500 kg
Aromatic Malt         0.250 kg
Chocolate Malt       0.125 kg

Fuggles Hops AA3.8%      30 gr  @ 60 minutes
Goldings Hops AA7.1%     30 gr  @ 15 minutes
1 Whirlfloc tablet

Nottingham Yeast.

Mash at 65C until converted then transfer to the kettle,add Fuggles hops after hot break for 60 minutes then with 15 minutes to go,add goldings Hops.
