Thanks for the recipe and congrats, what ABV did it come out at in the end? Also, with the mention of aroma, how long did you dry hop for?

Looking through my notes and I can see that it finished at 5.4%

Ah, that's good news - I was meant to keg this yesterday after 3 days dry hopping, but kids and All Ireland finals got in the way.  Will be kegging this evening so with a four day dry hop  ;D

Again, I say thank you for sharing!

Just dry hopped today. Went from 1052 - 1010 and if the sip (okay, good mouthful) from the gravity sample is anything to go by, I'm in for a treat in a couple of weeks :-)

Yeah it's a tasty beer. All this talk of it is tempting me to brew it again. Enjoy.

Kegged mine yesterday.  Finished up at 6.8% which was a lot more than expected (damn Grainfather efficiency).  The smell was amazing, like a tropical fruit juice.  Will report back on the taste test in due course, but the signs are looking good.

So, finally tried this yesterday from the keg with the company of POB. Absolutely cracking beer. Can't believe that there is only two hops as there is so much flavour. May have to dial back on the grain next time brewing on the Grainfather to get the ABV down, but will be enjoying this one. Thanks again for sharing and can see how it was a gold medal beer.
