Sorry, I can't make this after all. My beer for the brewcon comp isn't fully conditioned anyway, so I won't have anything to enter.

So what goes forward for entry? I thought the whole point was that you had somebody independent lined up to judge it? Bit confused now.

Will be a small set of beers. Could we delay it till next week til others can join. Would also earn brownie points at home by not being out Thursday night & Saturday for brewcon.

Our independent judge got a better offer!

It's up to you. If there's only one beer from the club, decide if you think it's worthy of giving to a 3 time Ninkasi winner and president of the BJCP. No pressure like..

As it turns out, there's a BJCP thing happening earlier with Gordon as well, so wouldn't have been able to come either way.

Next week works great for me as well - want to reschedule? The smash off could be back on!

Never stopped me before However I am not entirely satisfied with the beer myself & besides what kind selection process involves no selection. Better to bow out now than embarrass myself. Have you no medal winners knocking around anywhere?

I suggest Shanna and yourself get together on an entry and decide on something to submit. It's all a bit of fun and would be great to have an entry from each club.
