Standout for me last night was craiclad's Mosaic beer. As clean as a whistle, very impressive indeed.

Enjoyed beerfly's Irish Red and Shanna's cider too.

Thank feck this is only once a month cos I'm in ribbons here..  :-\  :)

It's days like this I'm thankful I have a desk-job :) Great night out as usual with cracking beers. Shanna's au natural cider was great - encouraged me to leave mine alone next year and let it do it's thing.

Great night thankfully had little ill effects on Friday (hate to admit but limiting the additional beer is why as otherwise I would be destroyed the next day :-)). Natural cider was nice & thankfully the sulphur smell has subsided. The stevia flavoured cider is a huge let down tasting almost like vinegar, I hope that time might transform it or otherwise there is going to be lots of cider vinegar available. I liked the mosaic smash & the tactical nuclear Dave, the coop beer shows promise & can't wait to taste both force carbed & bottle conditioned versions @the next meet. All in all a great meet, quote of the night was from Cian about how our ciders (he thought they were larger) lacked body :)
