Hehe, knew you'd say that. Tell ya what, I'll being my vienna smash lager, done with the quick lager method and you can see what you think :)
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

Which reminds me of a maths teacher I used to have who after a big snork used to gob out of the window shouting "pick the bones out of that one boys." but they were happy days....

having a pint of my oktoberfest now.  its been on the gas for a week at 1 bar.  fridge temp is about 7.5c.  head is poor, slight taste of carbonation.  Ill bring it tonight, but be gentle lol.
