I really thought I had posted about the NCB National Home Brew day at Malahide Rugby club on Saturday the 4th October in your general thread bur senilkity obviously kicked in!
We start the day at about 10 with the All grain mash ins and then continue with the other quicker techniques!
For any one who is south east Meath you are all more than welcome to drop in and have a chat (and beers) and have the legs talked off you by a silly Welshman. Even if your are snugging up to Cavan you are still more than welcome!

- btw - i happen to be in belfast on 26th sept and i notice the local brewers on this site have a meet that evening so i may get a chance to drop in - i see they bring samples to try out - hope its the same set up in the Central .

Loved the Belgian ale, cant remember who brewed it.
