March 11th Meeting

We're back in The Cross in Drogheda this month.
Remember, the more the merrier! So, even if you've just started out brewing, get yourself down to next Friday's meeting. There's strength in numbers 😜

1. Helmet - Coffee porter and a Red IPA

danger_zone

2. danger_zone - Blasphemy Red Ale, Mead, random unknown mystery bottle
fermenting - peach wheat, mango wheat

drinking - whiskey stout

Just putting this out there to discuss during the meeting: Vantasival, the NCB Geterbrewed Competition and the start up of a beer club  ;D

Plus getting BJCP certified. We're always talking about this. The thread for this years course is up

BJCP course

We could add to this the potential for an inter-club competition with the old enemy in the Royal County Brewers. Myself and Crónán were floating the idea with IrishBeerSnob on Saturday, could be a bit of craic.
