Interesting presentation on blending apples to make cider

With a nod to doing it again this year. (I pretty much ruined my group buy batch)

IIRC 80% of our blend was Dabinett, but I think I was told that it Dabinett should be less than 50%

Last years apple juice was 90% Dabinett, 10% Bramley.
It can be used as the base for blends or drunk on its own as per Sheppys famous single varietal Dabinett.

Lovely golden hue and just perfect slightly carbonated on a hot day like today.
