This is a single hop ale that I wouldn't mind having a shot at brewing a clone of. Would anyone take a stab at a recipe?

Back when I was considering growing hops commercially in Wexford I had the privilege of spending the day with Peter Hall, whose Target hops are used exclusively in this beer, as his farm is similar to the one in Wexford.

This is a photo I took of the man himself standing in his hop garden, which at the time was the largest organic tall hop garden in the world (might still be). He's a bit of a legend, all things considered
