Barrel refilling date?

Chaps, we're looking at refilling the barrel on Dec 15th, which means everyone to brew about a week before that.

If in or around the 15th suits you then vote Yes, but otherwise we will push it out till January.

straight in but we obviously don't want excessive autolysis so there's no issue starting a bit earlier if you like

I'll plug the recipe into beersmith and scale it up then. Then see what I need and who to split it with.

What way do ye organise the yeast? A large starter and split for appropriate volumes would be good for consistency... a little tough on logistics though.
