Has anybody used one of these from hopandgrape?
Are they any good and is the pressure rating on the valve suitable for pressurised fermentation? 15psi is about right I think?
I wonder is there issues with the valve clogging with krausen?

I have 1, got in the states so does Brendan, they are used 3/4 way through and so Krausen has subsided, I noticed a difference on pils but not enough to convince me to scrub my keg that much, you also need to shorten dip tube by cutting a small piece off to avoid all the crud, a piece of silicone tubing will bring it back to a normal keg.

So what fermentation schedule do you use with it? Pressure, temp and durations
Why not use it on primary also?

Does the secondary in cornie at room temperature act as the diacetyl rest also? My take on the pressure was that it was almost like increasing pressure meant you could increase temperature proportionately and that it was just a means to kind of speed up the whole process. I'm curious if anybody does primary under pressure also? It's not like it'll krausen like a wheat beer.
