Next meeting is on Saturday 10th of September.  We plan on brewing a milk stout.

The club is meeting in the school of food in Thomastown.

We will be kicking off about 12 ( i think)

Bit of an off topic but did someone from kilkenny say there are interested in picking my hops I have in garden as they need to be picked ? No problem if not needed.

Great set up lads and good crowd of brewers also. I predict issues keeping the club cup 😭

The traditional pizza oven beside brewhouse and so close to kilkenny town I foresee many visitors alas I'd love to have stayed longer but little ones need feeding.
If you still need hops from vine just call up any time but Ye should be OK 😆
I hope to get lift down next time and do liver some damage.

Cheeers BB you are welcome  down anytime,  we will vet the pizza oven going on the next one.  I just polished of the chilli beer,  it sorted out me cold..  Kepping the big bottle of the weizen for meself tonight,  good to meet you and your assistant brewer
