I was on holiday in Iceland recently and tasted a great dark larger form one of the local micro breweries- Kaldi Dark larger.
Its a kind of Munich Dunkel I think.
I would love to have a go at brewing something like it.
Has anyone else tasted it, or have any recipe suggestions for something similar.
I have never brewed a larger yet, so any pointers on fermentation temps etc would also be appreciated!
