Title: HBW Pilsener Malt
Post by: ronniedeb on September 21, 2015, 09:44:31 AM
I put myself down (mistakenly as an individual at first) for the HBW Pilsener Malt giveaway (http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.ie/forum/index.php/topic,10664.15.html). They then aligned all the individuals to their local clubs. Since no one else put the Galway Club down, i was attached to it. So, I can pick up the malt and distribute it. I will have 4x5kg for whoever wants it.

N.B "2 simple feedback reviews are required per bag of malt that you receive, e.g. how efficient the mash was? OG vs other malts, what did it taste like?, would you use it again?, etc"

Any takers?

I think we might be using some for the brewing demo that's being planned right now.

It will be good to see how the malt fairs with three different set-ups.

1. ronniedeb
2. Hop Bomb - Decoction mash
3. misterburns - Multi step mash
4. kevco5 - single infusion mash

Perfect. That's great. Hope to be there.

Climin you must be a full member to avail of this. Maybe an introductory post as well would be good.
