Today I was at a an engineering supplies place in Charleville belonging to a friend and they had a temperature probe suitable for keggle, good quality stainless steel with a scale from 0 up to 120C. If any is looking for similar for a build they have a few more left from an order that got cancelled and you could possibly get it cheaper than usual. I'm hoping to get time soon to make a gas keggle for all grain brews now that I think I have the components
