Something for the extract brewers - one of my favourite brews done using extract. A fairly simple recipe, but results were very nice.

Ingredients:
0.3kg Crystal Malt and 0.06kg Roasted Barley (steeped)
1.2kg Light DME @60mins
25g EKG @60mins
15g Challenger @20mins
10g EKG @20mins
1.0kg Light DME @15mins
10g EKG @5mins
1 packet S-04 yeast
