A lad in Scotland who is a cool welder decided to build himself a brewery and this is his complete >:D

Looks cool, why does it need to be so high though? Thought it would be difficult for grain in and out at that height.

Its only 7 blocks high 7*9 = 63" Just over 5'

Could someone who know as for the plumbing diagram as to how all the pumps and valves are connected?
