"Of Foam and Fury, our DIPA is now set for release in November. 8.5% ABV with 132 IBU's to boot. Chock full of Galena, Chinook, Pacific Jade, Simcoe and two rounds of Dry-Hopping. Cause it's all worth it!"

Sounds interesting. I'll be up for this one.

I can probably call up for a taste too. Heard it's going to be bottled too.

I had a sample last Fri. It is bitter as fook! Smells great!

Their whiskey casks arrived too. They're aging the imperial stout in them. Aiming for an xmas release but I cant see how it'd be ready considering how long it took all our barrel RIS to mellow out. What ya reckon?

What time is everyone thinking of heading in? Is there anything going on for the launch?

Bubbles

Just had a glass of this in Against the Grain, very very good.

Paddy informs me that it's hopped with Chinook, Galena and Pacific Jade.

Looks like I will be either in abit later or not at all tonight unfortunately but let me know if anyone heads in in case I do make it

eanna

Sorry, didn't see your post before heading in. Very very good beer was the consensus.

Double dry hop of simcoe too. 3g per litre & 2g per litre.  Its a savage beer. Irelands first proper US west coast IPA imo.

Full on, mighty beer. Potent in every sense of the word. The only one down side, (as tom pointed out) it is a palate buster. But that's to be expected with such a flavorful brew.

It's pretty tasty. Not as in your face as the launch batch of voyager was

Saw this in the Black Sheep the other night...but they also had Fuller's London Porter on cask. No contest

Will try it soon though
