Electronics Help

Hi, I have all the parts (I think) for putting together a small electric controller for my keggle. I've also had a plug set up in the house that's gonna power it. I am in no way electronically minded so I need some help putting the controller together.
If there's anyone out there with some experience with this sort of thing and would be interested I a nixer please let me know.
