Sous vide/food vacuum machine

Hi gang....I'd saw it mentioned on here before about people bulk buying on hops and vacuum sealing them up for the freezer.

Can't find the treads it was discussed on. Has anyone got a machine they could vouch for? I'm seeing different prices and uber cheap ones on eBay but I'm wondering what's best to go with?

For all it'll be used for now and again is it worth just buying a cheap one?
