Yeast Bay Mélange, from a lambic I had on the go last summer. Will be interesting to see how it turned out for him!

Apologies for the no-show, ended up in work til real late, and by the time I got home I had completely forgotten.
Unfortunately I reckon I'll miss the next two meet-up's as well.
I think I spoke to a few of you about my plan for brewing 9 beers for my wedding, which is the 30th of June, so I don't think I'll be doing next months! Then honeymoon for a month means I'll be out for July, I'll see can I store away a bottle of each brew for when I come home, I'd be interested to see what you's make of them
