NHC Stem glasses order - first batch of 96

[Bazza]

Soo.... the good news is the glasses have arrived:



The bad news is that they don't all look like the above. 4 of the 96 came in a kind of 'kit' form whereby the lucky owner has the unique opportunity of putting them together himself.
Never good when you hear a tinkling noise lifting up a box of glasses while the delivery van is already 3 streets away in a blue flash.

Anyway; the supplier has taken full responsibility and has offered to either a) send replacements or b) send a refund.

My personal approach is to go with option b for now, and then option a i.e. I'd prefer that we were happy with the quality of 92 that did make it intact before committing to a further big order. We could get the replacements as part of a bigger order, i.e. kill 2 birds and save time.

The only downside of the above approach is that I'd need 2 more of you to lower your requested amount by one unit and get the remaining glass as part of the next order, if we go for it.

Just to add, regarding quality of the intact glasses, I personally am very happy with what I see.

They're thick, sturdy, and I've used a sponge directly on the logo of a couple of them in very hot soapy water, with no noticeable effect.
