2. Paul & Jenny - Greek stuffed peppers and mezze, maybe some saison
3. Peter - spiced shoulder of lamb, rum & raisin ice cream, black sesame ice cream + keg of light pale ale
4. Boycott - British Strong (bottles) + Keg of North County Brewers Sour barrel + sourdough + sorbet
5. Maja - Kiflica (savoury ham crossiant like things)
6. Hingoed - probably dry hopped SMaSH Saison / wowda melm red saison (mini kegs) | Juicy Lucy's V2 - burger buns
7. Ciaran - Quesidillas
8. Sean - Super Bowl chili + Saison or American pale ale (bottles)
9. craftyfecker (Chris + Eva) - Seekh Kebabs, Halloumi Skewers (Vegetarian), Asparma Hamagus and Lemon Butter Mushrooms. NIEPA with Cryo
10. Kris & Iona - Centennial Blonde (bottles), hot & sour beetroots and coconut roti & sambol
11. Ronan - brisket + keg of cider if wanted
12. Adrian -   hot oak-smoked salmon / table saison bottles
13. Fergal & Emma - Paneer Tikka Skewers (veg), sides etc. to include guacamole, salsas, slaw and others
14. Fionn - keg of unoaked sour brown, and will make a risotto again, just in case it's raining like.

16. Sebastian (and Olivia) - American brown and dessert of some kind
17. Tad - sweet dumplings ( stuffed with fruits)
18. Water_Wolf (maybe + 1 if she agrees to come - negotiations ongoing!) - White IPA in bottle. Beef Bourguignon type thing. Spicy Kimchi
19. Jawa - not sure yet
20. Mark - Peanut butter swirl brownies. A few 750ml bottles of Sour Cherry Ale (3.5 yrs in the bottle) - Paid Paypal, be there between 6-7.
