RO600 reverse osmosis system

Is anybody using the RO600 from water2buy?
I just put mine together but it's not working right & I'm not sure what I did wrong. The storage tank fills & I can hear water going down the drain but nothing comes through the tap when I turn it on.
It is also making a lot of hissing sounds as it runs, like air escaping. Is that normal? I can't tell where the noise is coming from on the unit.
For the moment I have disconnected the storage tank so I can collect water. Sent the manufacturer an email too but won't hear back from then till during the week.

If the storage tank is filling it must be the out valve, pipe to tap, or tap.
Disconnect the tube from the tank, open the tap and see if you can blow through.

Or maybe you have the in/out lines wrong way round on the tank... i don't know if they're one way or not
