Hey - Anyone any idea of the ID of 3/16" hard plastic tubing you can get from GEB and HBC?

For Bonus points I'm looking to get more flexible tubing for my gas lines - something that fits into 3/8 JG fittings if possible - any sources?

I invested in a couple of these:

Super flexible but they are metric so the 10mm is just ever so slightly bigger than the 3/8. As a consequence, you really have to push them hard into the JC fitting. You might think it's fully in and then turn on the gas, only to hear it leaking. Measure how far your 3/8 line goes in and mark it on the 10mm line. Another annoyance is how difficult they are to remove from the JC fitting, due to that extra thickness. But the fucker hasn't leaked once. I just keep the gas on 24/7 and hook up the disconnect when I need to. So far, so good.
