Yes they are UNLESS they went bust and no-one bought the name/kegs

No reputable scrap dealer will touch em due to them still being the property of the brewery.

Picked up three of them last night.  They are from a pub closed 8 years ago.  He has loads of other stuff, couple of suremix 50 tanks, couple of co2 tanks, old taps, bar stools, fridges, etc.  It's all been in storage since the pub closed so don't know how good any would be but could be worth a look.  He's in the centre of Dundalk.
In primary:
In secondary: Wine, Melomel
In keg: Teddy Hopper, Coconut stout, 4 Cs, Buzz bomb, Never Sierra, Bock, OD
In the fridge: Helles Lager, Hob Gob
