Borrow some glassware

The wife is doing a dinner party fundraiser for her animal charity so I brewed a couple of batches (Stout, Cider, Ale and Helles) for it – problem is I have no decent beer glasses. Anyone got around 24 decent glasses that they wouldn't mind lending me for the Oct bank holiday weekend?

Talk really nice to your local Publican mention Charity an all and they normally are helpful.... Break it you pay for it normally applies!

Nearly any pub will have a box of old pint glasses. Since Diageo/Heino are constantly rebranding there's always boxes that get unused before the new design comes out.

I gather since you said "decent" this isn't what you're after though. Maybe use wine glasses? If you get nice beer glassses you risk people breaking/nicking them and then you'd obv not be able to return them.
