Which style of beer would you prefer to brew for the next barrel fill? Lambic or Oud Bruin? You decide!

Also I think a lot of Liffeyers aren't into Belgians (yet) so won't vote.

They will be if Marks list for the beer order for the LC goes ahead  ;D

That's so cool! No Flanders Red though?
eh! Don't be confusing matters further you :P

Oud Bruin of course.... we don't even have to look very far for a recipe. Dodge can sort that one out  ;)

Agree...Hopefully we'll get a bit more interest in a barrel fill. We'll need to provide 60L each at this rate!

I'm sure dodge can help us out on that score too.

Was just passing through M&S liffey valley and they have own brand old bruin in bottles. Also have bottled Bo Bristle pale ale first I have ever come across this beer on sale.

I noticed the store on Grafton St. is now stocking O'Hara's and 8 Degrees also. Massive coup for these breweries I'd imagine.

Did you try a bottle of their oud bruin? Never had that one. Might be worth a spin over for a bottle.

Dodge

Hard decision to make since I'd like to brew both for the barrel. I think it would make sense to do the Oud bruin first before the lambic as I've already said but will go along either way.

Timing is the only issue since I'm away on holiday over Xmas period for 3 weeks. This will determine if I brew for the barrel or not.

Ha, ha. I'd like to persuade the rebels to do a flanders (rebel) red - but I think I'll need to do one meself first persuade them!
