Stir plate build power supply

I,ve started trying to build a stir plate and I had a question about power supplies. I'm using a 12v DC fan with 200mA input current. I've a 12v 2A ACDC adaptor and a 12v 800mA one. I assume I'd be better off buying one with the same spec as the fan but wanted to check first. Anyone know?

You want the Amp tasting on the power supply to exceed the rating of the fan.
Either of those looks good.
