100 litre brewery

A lad in Scotland who is a cool welder decided to build himself a brewery and this is his complete >:D

Looks cool, why does it need to be so high though? Thought it would be difficult for grain in and out at that height.

Would be difficult even just stirring it/having a look in. Nice all the same.

thats the same guy that made my housing for my chugger pump. Nice looking kit
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

Its only 7 blocks high 7*9 = 63" Just over 5'

Could someone who know as for the plumbing diagram as to how all the pumps and valves are connected?

For scale here is his 13 yo son beside it (built the kit for him apparently)
