Damn Infection

Just went down to the basement to bottle my scotch ale. I drained off the bottom 15 litres and bottled anyway but I think it's fed. it doesn't smell or taste bad.

it's probably fine, infection or not.
after all the yeast is just an infection that we want.

Could be acetobacter either. Takes time to work and slowly turns alcohol (not beer) to vinegar #bi-losing

that's what I thought. Just have to drink it really fast.
