how does their pale ale malt compair to maris otter ? most recipies i have gathered up call for maris otter , but would this be a good sub ? it being irish and alot cheeper .....hopeing santa brings me a 25kg bag of malt to keep me busy over the festive season lol
any opinions good or bad welcome
