No, they're mechanical which is where the clicking sound comes from.

Couple of suggestions. First is cables exiting the box aren't protected from being pulled. A cheapo way is to put a few cable ties on them on the inside. But ideally aim for IP45 and put them out through gland nuts, which only cost a few quid and will protect somewhat against water getting in.

Other suggestion is the live and neutral don't need to be wired into a strip like that, the same can be achieved by wiring them into the STC-1000 (daisy chain the live, put all the neutrals into the neutral terminal on the STC. Won't save much money but handy when you don't have a enough strip connectors.
