Ok so it looks like the 17th April is the clear winner of the poll. What is name of manager at Fran Well who ye usually arrange with?

Just ring the Well after lunch any day, ask for Tom and Noel, but whoever answers can stick it in the book.  Ask for the fireplace as that's nicest spot for a tasting.

I just got around to making the call now and the 17th is full up so the booking is made with Tom for 24th April from 7pm for Rebel Brewers for 20 person is that too few or too much? Area by stove is reserved.

I was going to suggest a change of venue.
I was thinking the Bierhaus, but they're not the biggest of venues.

Definitely go for the Hub.

We're booked for 10 people for 7.30-8.00
They said they would throw in some baskets of food too.
I told her I would come back it this was not going ahead.
